Julie and Crissi have chosen “Spring” as this week’s theme. Here’s some coaster art from me:
I painted 4 coasters with green acrylic paint. Once dry, I sponged yellow acrylic paint through punchinella. I then used my cropadile to make matching holes in the coasters. I used coordinating yellow chipboard flowers and their surrounds, pressed yellow daisies and yellow rubons to embellish each coaster, before lacing them together with soft leather thonging (from an old belt). The 2 black corner accents are stickers I bought in a sale at Artymiss.
I really like this piece and had no idea it would look so pretty when I started it!!
