Frame Card…

Over at PTW this week, Claudia has challenged us to make a Frame card, following her tutorial. Here’s mine, entitled Retro Romance:

Retro Romance

I’ve incorporated the tiny blackboard which was in our Design Team kit this month from Auntys, but turned it into a mini noticeboard. The crumpled paper is a tiny piece from The Cloister and the Hearth which I’ve distressed and I used black seed beads for the ‘pins’. The mesh stamp is from an Ellie Wiseman Grab bag that I won at Sheila’s blog and the retro hearts are from the mini moulding mat which I got from JemCraft Memories last year.  My friend Ali provided the blue mesh and the background is a piece from one of my acrylic scraped paint technique sheets – they’ve been so handy!!

I’m not sure that ‘enjoyed’ is the right description, although I do like the card. Challenging is probably more appropriate and it involved patience and planning… nothing new there though! 😉
