At My Time to Craft this week, they ask that we use quotes or sayings in our artwork. Using a large scalloped tag and a fancy little mat from this month’s Design Team kit, I’ve done that, using this quote: “Life is either a daring adventure – or nothing”
I used TH distress ink to grunge and spritzed for a blurry texture, black stazon for the dragonfly, some Dovecraft ribbons and a shrinky pocket watch from a Tandastamps background set. The image is one of my favourite miniatures from Crafty Individuals. I stitched 3 kisses with embroidery thread and secured the little watch with it at the same time!
I’ve been diligently stamping away this evening, cutting vellum pockets and have 3 ATCs drying under a pile of books upstairs. The pockets are for my ATC accordion album for a challenge on Auntys and the ATCs are the 3 which make up the 7 Deadly Sins! So I’ve been an industrious bunny!!
I’ve also listed 6 books on my Ebid shop, been to visit my dental hygienist and made spaghetti bolognese (from scratch) for tea! I’m now going to watch Torchwood… I have a crush on Captain Jack, I’m afraid! *blushes*
