Alter Me – Edgar…

At Wednesday Stamper this week, the challenge is to alter a cabinet card and Belinda Schneider has written very clear instructions and provided 2 excellent images to work with! She has made the most remarkable and fun altered cabinet card herself, showing us step-by-step how to do it.

I have quite a few cabinet cards in my collection and chose one of a very staid young man, whom I have named Edgar. Using Belinda’s tutorial as my guide, here’s a very transformed Edgar – indeed, a changed (or altered) man:

Edgar - A Changed Man!

Stamps – Tanda – paisley and lace – background stamps. His suit is cut from the infamous pink PVC… and I have doodled his hair, collar, etc. What fun this was!! 😉

  17. …One more thing–after a couple of drinks, my altered girl finally got up the courage to ask Edgar for a date, but she’s a little shy and wanted me to ask for her. It wasn’t the suit that did it for her…she LOVES hello Kitty!
