That prodigious German stamping pair – Heike and Sandy – have started another challenge blog, aimed at testing us with techniques… #1 is to ‘distress it’! No problem there then! I have used fired brick distress ink on a crumpled bookpage, spritzed and ironed, for my background. I seem to be in humorous mode at the moment, so there’s a little play on words involved here – oh, and the doodling, too!
I doubt I shall be posting tomorrow, as DD and I have to stand in for DH at market… who knows though? Tomorrow’s Gothic Arch may tempt me – depends on the theme, but I shall certainly be playing with abstracts as required by ‘The Queen’ 😉

/ April 19, 2008Rosie, you´re kidding me… But thanks for your nice comment on my blog – really: I laughed out loud – then I looked at the image and: you´re right, the image really has some similarity with a little boy wearing a nuts cap… *lol*

/ April 20, 2008This is HILARIOUS! You’re right….you should have been a stand-up comic, but if you’re standing up when you create your art, well …then you’ve achieved mastery in both fields!! Your confused male must have had some saki with my altered girl…..
