Love is…

Papertake Weekly is all about elegant embossing today, so I’ve used gold ep on the edges of the petals for the deep red flower behind the sad face of the girl wondering what ‘love is…’

Love is...

The papers are Dovecraft, the stamped fleur de lys are from the Tandastamps Mediaeval Set that I won at My Time to Craft challenge a week or so ago (thanks ladies!) and the girl on the bottle cap is a 1″ circle from a sampler by Digital Collage Sheets, which I bought last week. I had already downloaded their freebie sheet, but I wanted to see what their smaller images were like – and they are great! I shall be collecting a few for altered books and dominos I’m sure. I made 3 fridge magnets last week with some of the images and I shall list them in my store later this week!

I really like the Love is… stamp from Anita’s too – a bargain bin buy! I stamped it onto an old book page (love my printed word backgrounds, don’t I?) Thank you for all your lovely comments about my Treasure Box and the Wealth Corner Collage – it’s so wonderful to receive feedback from people I consider my peers, my cyberpals and my fellow adventurers in Art!
