Who lives in a house like this?

Remember “Through the keyhole”? Well, Reggie lives here, with Birdie, because he’s still haunted by the memories of the Cilla and Cynthia (identical twins), who both wanted to marry him… *shudders* It seems my sense of the ridiculous or overactive imagination and a love of combining challenges, has got the better of me again. When DD asked me why the twins both wanted marry Reggie, I replied, “Because he lives in this wonderful old house with Birdie!”

I won’t tell you what she said or the way her eyes rolled because you can probably imagine! So here’s my entry to Dans ma maison, il y a… (Vintage), Layers of Color (Coin) and TGIF (Lace) for this week:

Collage images courtesy of Collagevisions (Kelly); background paper and old lace from stash and the chinese-style coin from Ali. I used part of a carton for the tall skinny house, including the flap – which is folded back at the bottom and makes a neat stand for the house. Thanks for looking and going along with my ‘madness’.

Sadly, Laura (Layers of Color), won’t be hosting challenges for much longer, so make the most of her wonderful artwork and blog. Her stamp business needs her and it’s our loss!

I’m putting together a stamper’s gallery on Layers of Color website. May I have your permission to put your umbrella artwork in the permanent gallery?
