Lots done!

I’ve been getting back into creating and have got lots done this afternoon/evening… Created by Hand this week (Pink & Green) and Lots to Do (Wonderful Wood) – I have completed the first side of this wooden block for Ria, which is still a WIP, but prompted by the pink and green theme, I tried my Neocolours on this side and am very pleased with their vivid colours:

It’s very folksy, isn’t it?!! The other side is completely different!

Now for the altered frame I made for the Make It Mondays challenge this week, using “Foreign Text” – got some Italian text from Ten Two Studios out, and found two great images on the Orange Things collage sheets that went together really nicely. The frame is a car boot bargain and I just had to paint it, and then bubble-wrap print over that with silver acrylic paint:

The flowers are recycled from fake bunches and their centres are orange glass beads. That’s not a colour combo I’d have chosen naturally, but I think it works really well!
