Mixed Media Monday this week… the theme is “Lace”. Here’s a small row house book – blanks from Ten Two Studios – that I created with Lacy Lingerie Collage set images and a couple from the Little Pink Things Collages sheets.
All the vintage ladies are garbed in lingerie and so there’s plenty of lace, but I also used some old lace from my stash to tie the book with. It’s called “Lacy but Racy”!! Tiny stamped image on the pages is “another pretty face” from Third Coast RS. Background papers are last year’s PM.
The cover is navy blue and gold giftwrap.
Inside front – French text background and 2 little pink things images…
Each of the images has a dictionary quote with it!! Tongue-in-cheek, of course!
The definition on the back reads “brazen”!! Once I had worked out the colour scheme, this was really enjoyable to put together. These little books are brilliantly easy to work with and having the collage sets makes it easy and fun. There are also specific sheets themed for these little book – just check out the link above! 🙂
