Story words…

When I put these papers and images together, I had no idea how they would ultimately relate to each other, so this “story words” page comes as a surprise to me too! I loved the little pic of the sheep with “baa” on his bum, and the weird creature sweeping up leaves which came from a Uni programme I got in the post. The doodling was as much fun as the colouring and as Theme Thursday has “words” as its theme this week, I’ll enter this page.

Once upon a time...

  11. What a fun piece, Rosie! And the little My Melody didn’t get past me! I love that little character. If I’m not mistaken, she was the first Sanrio character, even before Hello Kitty. You know it’s really interesting how the more you do this type of collage (it’s any type of layered journaling, actually), the more you learn about yourself as you discover how unconsciously you find that the things you’ve put together connect with each other. Bravo! I love your pages!
