‘Dump your clutter…’ says Mary. ‘Make room for the magic.’

Here are two pages in my French Kitty “Therapy Journal” where I am working my way through the 5 stages to goal setting the sneaky way!! I drew the coloured bands first, then wrote on them and inbetween. I managed 50 things I can definitely rid myself of, which made me happy till I realised I will actually have to do that!! 😉

Up in smoke...!

I scanned the page into my PC and added layers of Photoshop brushes in various colours and sizes to hide some of the more personal stuff! Here’s the other half of the spread:

"Let it go..."

I used a blurry brush across one of lines to protect myself the innocent! I don’t want people to know they bring me down till I’m out of their orbit! 😉

  1. Rosie…I love your journal spread here…you are doing a good job of doing a page every day! I don’t do every day very well but I do what I can. Thank you for your clear and concise directions about how do links. I don’t know why I couldn’t figure it out myself…thanks again 🙂
