Travel and fabric are the two themes I’ve combined this week at Artygirlz and Created by hand. I really enjoyed making a fabric 4×4 a week or so ago and today was no exception! One little difference though – I used gold thread for the top stitching, inspired by Frieda Oxenham’s wonderful Gothic Arches and ATCs.
I used the Transport set from Tandastamps with brown Stazon and a Crafty Individuals Miniatures image, which says: “Let us embark on this journey and together we can realise all our greatest dreams.” Isn’t that lovely?!
I only used a touch of glue to adhere the background fabric to some light card, the rest is all stitched on… therapeutic and not very messy at all! *sighs*
