I made a numerals background on Friday evening for a birthday card using gesso, inked iwth pale green and then stamped with MaVinci’s numbers in Olive Green stazon. Unfortunately, I really mucked up the back of the card, so I can’t, in fairness send it out with a greeting! It’ll have to be cut down and used on another card. However, I liked the result so much I have scanned it and here it is for you to download and use in your artwork! If you’ve got photoshop, or similar, you could always change the colours, make it black and white… the possibilities are endless.
If you do use it before the end of September, post a comment on this post and a link to your creation and I’ll pick a winner to send some blog candy to. I have no idea yet what I shall send, but it’ll be something I make specifically for the winner – OOAK (one of a kind), maybe even a handcarved stamp? If you win, you get to choose – howzat!!

Methinks I shall enter this into Lisas’s SOYBS challenge this week – ‘Backgrounds’…. appropriate, non?!!
Here are a couple of Encyclopaedia pages for you too. Please don’t laugh at the ‘Man’? *grins*
Have a great Sunday people! I am off to Hatherleigh Car Boot with Nick as I have no car till next week. She’s in the garage having her steering sorted which means I shall be penniless til November now! LOL! Country life’s a blast innit? I got held up this morning by a herd of cows walking back from milking and then the Hunt! Tally Ho!
